Jasmine has over 10 years of experience helping students excel in a wide range of K-12, college, business, and test prep subjects. 

 

It didn't take long for her to realize the gaps that exist in both public and private education, and how well tutoring can work to fill them.  Over the years, she has helped hundreds of students transform grades, improve skills, and achieve top-tier scores on standardized exams.

In addition to tutoring, Jasmine consults with parents of K-12 students who are severely struggling with school.  She works with students, parents, and schools to help students quickly meet academic goals.  Jasmine helps clients navigate IEP and 504P processes.  She also acts as an advocate for students in school meetings and correspondence.  She is excited to help you or your student succeed!

Ryan received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, graduated magna cum laude, and was named the Outstanding Graduate of the College of Education.  She has five years’ experience as a classroom teacher and fourteen years’ experience as a private tutor.  During her years of teaching in the classroom, she was nominated for Teacher of the Year twice. 

 

She is currently tutoring students online from first graders to high school students in various subjects, and specializes in Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, and ACT and SAT test prep.  It is Ryan’s philosophy that in any tutor-student interaction, a comfortable, trusting relationship is imperative, and the entire student should be addressed.  Therefore, adjustments to work and study habits as well as self-esteem and attitudes about learning are interwoven throughout each of her tutoring sessions.  A strong advocate for student empowerment, she believes that students are very in tune with their strengths, weaknesses, and needs, and she therefore treats them as partners throughout the tutoring process.

Elizabeth is a professional tutor and test-preparation instructor with over 6 years of experience assisting K-12 students in a wide range of subjects.  She prepares students for standardized exams, such as the ISEE, ERB, SAT, and ACT.  Elizabeth has helped students achieve ISEE stanine scores of 8's and 9's (the highest scores possible) and her students have gone on to earn admission into elite private schools including Harvard Westlake.
